Join me daily for a free morning meditation to anchor ourselves in love and light and send healing energy to those in need. When I began my healing journey, I discovered a powerful free daily meditation that helped me to reconnect to myself and to nature tremendously. I told myself that I would one day provide a similar safe experience to others using my gifts and would support their healing in any way I could. So, now it is my time to pay it forward. We will ground in love and light and then I will send healing energy out from my hands to whomever needs it.
