You: You will sit or lie quietly relaxed while breathing in and out with an open mind and heart focused on positive intentions. I: I will connect to your energy body and identify stuck traumas in the energy centers and release them for optimal flow. This is where the magic happens. I call in my spirit team to assist in the optimal healing release for your highest good. We: Co-create! Discuss after and identify the blockages and what we each felt during the session helping to identify what more you can do to assist further in your energetic healing. We are one.
